This is the first time I have used the company ‘Cleaning Direct’, and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their carpet cleaned in their house or flat. I had my living room, hallway, stairs and bedroom done and the price quoted was outstanding – and it was the price I paid, no cheeky hidden extras.

Amazing results, my carpets were brand new again. Peter Hackney was friendly and totally trustworthy. A definite recession tip, don’t get new carpets, get them professionally cleaned by Cleaning Direct.

I can confirm that Peter has completed work for Novotel Birmingham Centre for over twelve years.

His company is employed to complete carpet and upholstery cleaning in both the bedrooms and the public areas at the hotel.

Over the years he has gained an understanding of the operational needs of the hotel, and fully understands the importance of being available to complete work at short notice. This flexibility is vital in terms of bedrooms being available to sell when the hotel has busy periods.

We also employ Peter’s services when refurbishments are completed in the hotel, for example, bedroom refurbishments; this usually involves use of deep cleaning techniques which then enables the hotel to put the rooms back on sale.

His services are also valuable in terms of unforeseen events like flooding and when guests cause damage to bedrooms.
